1. 적용 범위와 서비스 구조1. Scope and service structure
이 방침은 OwnAgents 웹사이트, 계정, Personal AX 웹 Agent, 상담·설문, STAR 결제에 적용됩니다. 웹 체험 요청은 OwnAgents가 관리하는 서비스 환경에서 처리합니다. 사용자가 직접 소유·결제하는 VPS(BYOC)에 설치된 Agent의 실행 데이터는 해당 서버에 남으며, OwnAgents는 설치·진단에 필요한 범위에서만 접근합니다.This policy applies to the OwnAgents website, accounts, the Personal AX web agent, consultations and questionnaires, and STAR billing. Web trial requests are processed in an environment operated by OwnAgents. For agents installed on a VPS you own and pay for (BYOC), execution data stays on that server, and OwnAgents accesses it only as needed for installation and diagnostics.

전자적 파일은 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물이 있으면 분쇄하거나 소각합니다. 법령상 보존이 필요한 기록은 다른 개인정보와 분리해 보관합니다.Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably and any printouts are shredded or incinerated. Records that must be retained by law are stored separately from other personal data.

8. 연령 제한8. Age restriction
이 서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.The service is intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not collect personal data from children under 14. If we learn that data from a child under 14 was collected without the consent of a legal guardian, we delete it without delay.
9. 안전성 확보 조치9. Security measures
- 비밀번호는 원문을 저장하지 않고 PBKDF2-SHA256 해시로만 보관합니다.Passwords are never stored in plaintext; only a PBKDF2-SHA256 hash is retained.
- 서버에는 세션 토큰의 SHA-256 해시만 저장합니다. 로그인은 최대 8시간 유지되며, 30분 동안 인증된 요청이 없으면 만료됩니다. 로그아웃하면 해당 로그인을 폐기합니다.The server stores only SHA-256 hashes of session tokens. Sessions expire after eight hours or thirty minutes without an authenticated request. Signing out revokes that session.
- HTTPS로 접속한 경우 전송 구간을 암호화하고 HSTS를 적용합니다. 개인정보를 입력하기 전에 주소창의 HTTPS를 확인해 주세요.When you connect over HTTPS, traffic is encrypted and HSTS is applied. Check for HTTPS in the address bar before entering personal information.
- tenant 단위 격리, 최소 권한 접근, 접근 기록 관리를 적용합니다.Per-tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and access logging are enforced.
- 자동화된 가입과 비밀번호 재설정 요청을 제한하기 위해 Cloudflare Turnstile을 사용합니다.Cloudflare Turnstile limits automated sign-up and password reset requests.
그러나 어떤 저장·전송도 완전히 안전하다고 보장할 수는 없습니다. 유출 사고가 발생하면 관계 법령이 정한 기한 안에 이용자와 감독기관에 통지합니다.No storage or transmission can be guaranteed fully secure. In the event of a breach we notify affected users and the relevant authority within the period required by law.
10. 변경과 문의10. Changes and contact
이 방침이 바뀌면 최종 수정일과 버전을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 서비스 내에 공지합니다.When this policy changes we update the date and version. Material changes are announced in the service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days in advance where the change is unfavourable to users.
국내대리인: 운영 주체가 국내에 주소·영업소를 두지 않는 경우, 개인정보 보호법이 정한 기준에 해당하면 국내대리인을 지정해 이 항목에 상호·주소·연락처를 공개합니다. 운영 법인과 적용 기준은 공개 배포 전에 확정하며, 지정 대상이면 이 방침에 국내대리인 정보를 반영합니다.Domestic representative (Korea): if the operator has no address or place of business in Korea and meets the thresholds set by the Personal Information Protection Act, a domestic representative must be appointed and its name, address, and contact details published here. The operating entity and applicable thresholds will be confirmed before public launch; if appointment is required, this policy will identify the representative.
