1. 약관의 적용과 동의1. Scope and acceptance

이 약관은 OwnAgents 웹사이트, 계정, Personal AX 웹 Agent, 무료 체험, STAR 구매·사용, 상담 및 BYOC 설치 지원에 적용됩니다. 계정을 만들거나 서비스를 사용하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These terms apply to the OwnAgents website, accounts, the Personal AX web agent, the free trial, purchasing and spending STAR, consultations, and BYOC installation support. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

이 약관은 한국어와 영어로 제공됩니다. 해석에 차이가 있으면 한국어본을 우선합니다.These terms are provided in Korean and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

2. 이용 자격과 계정2. Eligibility and accounts

이 서비스는 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정을 만들면 만 18세 이상임을 진술하는 것으로 봅니다.The service is available only to people 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

사용자는 정확한 계정 정보를 제공하고 세션 접근을 보호해야 합니다. 계정의 사용과 그 결과에 책임이 있으며, 허가 없이 타인의 계정을 사용하거나 자동 가입·할당량 우회를 해서는 안 됩니다.

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your session. You are responsible for use of your account and its consequences, and must not use another person's account without permission or circumvent sign-up and quota controls.

3. 서비스의 성격과 무료 체험3. Nature of the service and free trial

Personal AX는 사용자의 반복 업무를 검토 가능한 워크플로로 만드는 서비스입니다. 범용 챗봇이나 결과 보장 서비스가 아닙니다. 실제 연동이 실행 중이 아닌 대화형 예시는 프리뷰로 표시하며, 링크·프로필·계정을 실제로 분석한 것처럼 표시하지 않습니다.

Personal AX turns a recurring piece of your work into a reviewable workflow. It is not a general-purpose chatbot and does not guarantee outcomes. Interactive examples that are not backed by a live integration are labelled preview, and we never present rendered examples as if a link, profile, or account had actually been analysed.

신규 계정에는 짧은 답변 3회, 입력·출력 합계 8,000토큰 범위의 무료 체험이 제공됩니다. 메시지 수 또는 토큰 한도 중 먼저 도달한 시점에 무료 체험이 끝납니다. 심층 실행은 무료 체험에 포함되지 않습니다.

New accounts receive a free trial of three short answers within a combined 8,000-token input/output budget. The trial ends at whichever limit is reached first. Deep executions are not included in the free trial.

중복 계정, 자동화, 비정상 트래픽 또는 기술적 우회로 체험 한도를 늘리는 행위가 확인되면 체험을 제한할 수 있습니다. 무료 체험은 예고 후 변경하거나 종료할 수 있으나 이미 구매한 STAR에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.

We may restrict the trial where duplicate accounts, automation, abnormal traffic, or technical circumvention are used to extend it. We may change or discontinue the free trial with notice; this does not affect STAR you have already purchased.

4. STAR, 가격과 결제4. STAR, pricing, and payment

무료 체험이 끝난 뒤 Agent 요청은 화면에 표시된 사용량 계산에 따라 STAR를 차감합니다. 현재 계산 기준은 입력 1,000토큰당 2 STAR, 출력 1,000토큰당 5 STAR이며 각 항목은 올림 처리됩니다. 실행 전 최대 예약량을 확보하고 완료 후 실제 사용량으로 정산합니다.

After the trial, agent requests deduct STAR according to the usage calculation shown in the interface: currently 2 STAR per 1,000 input tokens and 5 STAR per 1,000 output tokens, each rounded up. A maximum amount is reserved before execution and reconciled to actual usage afterwards.

• 500 STAR: 9,900원
• 1,500 STAR: 29,000원
• 5,000 STAR: 89,000원

결제는 NICE정보통신의 나이스페이(NICEPAY)가 처리합니다. 브라우저의 성공 화면만으로 적립하지 않고, NICEPAY가 서명한 결제 완료 통지를 확인한 뒤 STAR를 적립합니다. 최종 가격·통화·세금은 결제창의 표시가 우선합니다. 부가가치세 등 세금이 별도로 부과될 수 있으며 결제 전에 표시합니다.

Payments are handled by NICE Information & Telecommunication Inc. through NICEPAY. STAR is credited only after a NICEPAY-signed completion notice is verified, never from a browser success screen alone. The final price, currency, and tax shown in the payment window prevail. Taxes such as VAT or GST may apply and are shown before payment.

STAR는 현금, 가상자산 또는 양도 가능한 재산이 아니며 계정 간 이전·현금 환전은 지원하지 않습니다. 별도 만료일을 고지하지 않은 구매 STAR는 임의로 소멸시키지 않습니다.

STAR is not cash, a crypto-asset, or transferable property. It cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. Purchased STAR is not expired arbitrarily unless an expiry date was disclosed.

OwnAgents는 제3자 인프라 비용을 대신 청구하지 않습니다. BYOC를 선택하면 VPS 요금은 사용자가 해당 공급자에게 직접 결제합니다.

OwnAgents does not bill third-party infrastructure on your behalf. With BYOC you pay the VPS provider directly.

4-1. 추천인 등록4-1. Referral registration

이메일 확인을 마친 가입 14일 이내 계정만 추천인을 등록할 수 있습니다. 추천인당 최근 30일 동안 20명까지 받을 수 있습니다. 계정당 추천인 1명이며 본인은 추천할 수 없습니다.

Only accounts with a verified email may register a referrer within 14 days of signup. Each referrer can receive up to 20 referrals in the last 30 days. Each account may register one referrer and cannot refer itself.

5. 청약철회와 환불5. Withdrawal and refunds

한국 소비자는 전자상거래법에 따라 결제일 또는 이용 가능일부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 다만 STAR를 이미 사용한 부분은 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 것으로 보아 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 미사용 STAR는 7일 이내 전액 환불합니다.

Consumers in Korea may withdraw within 7 days of payment or of the date the service becomes available, under the E-Commerce Act. Where STAR has already been spent, supply of digital content is treated as commenced and withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Unused STAR is fully refunded within the 7-day window.

중복 결제, 승인되지 않은 결제, 서비스 장애로 소비하지 못한 STAR, 그 밖에 법령이 보장하는 사유는 기간과 무관하게 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 환불 요청은 결제 영수증과 함께 §0의 고객지원 이메일로 접수하며, 접수일부터 3영업일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내하고 승인 시 원결제수단으로 환급합니다.

Duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, STAR that could not be used because of a service failure, and any other statutory ground may be refunded regardless of the window. Send refund requests with the payment receipt to the support address in §0. We respond within three business days and, if approved, refund to the original payment method.

환불 승인 시 해당 결제로 적립된 미사용 STAR를 회수할 수 있습니다.

When a refund is approved we may reclaim unused STAR credited by that payment.

6. AI 결과와 사용자 책임6. AI output and your responsibility

AI 결과는 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있고 전문적인 법률·의료·회계·투자 판단을 대체하지 않습니다. 게시, 외부 전송, 금전 거래, 보안 설정과 기타 중요한 실행 전에 사용자가 직접 검토하고 승인해야 합니다.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and does not replace professional legal, medical, accounting, or investment judgement. You must review and approve it before publishing, sending externally, transacting, changing security settings, or taking any other significant action.

사용자가 입력한 프롬프트와 자료의 적법성, 제3자 권리 침해 여부에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 타인의 개인정보, 영업비밀, 접근 제한 자료를 권한 없이 입력해서는 안 됩니다.

You are responsible for the legality of the prompts and materials you submit and for any third-party rights they may affect. Do not submit other people's personal data, trade secrets, or access-restricted material without authorisation.

사용자가 입력한 자료의 권리는 사용자에게 남습니다. OwnAgents는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 처리합니다. 생성된 결과물은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 사용자가 사용할 수 있으며, 동일하거나 유사한 결과가 다른 사용자에게 생성될 수 있습니다.

You retain rights in the material you submit; OwnAgents processes it only as needed to provide the service. You may use generated output to the extent permitted by law, noting that identical or similar output may be generated for other users.

7. 자격증명과 실행 경계7. Credentials and execution boundary

• 공개 웹 서비스와 상담 설문은 비밀번호·API 키·봇 토큰을 요청하지 않습니다.The public web service and consultation questionnaire never request passwords, API keys, or bot tokens.
• 고객 자격증명은 고객 자신의 설치 환경 또는 공식 OAuth 흐름에서만 입력됩니다.Customer credentials are entered only in your own installation environment or through an official OAuth flow.
• 외부 발송·게시 등 쓰기 동작은 사용자의 명시적 승인 뒤에만 실행됩니다.Write actions such as external sending or publishing occur only after your explicit approval.
• BYOC에서는 서버 소유권과 공급자 계약이 사용자에게 있으며, OwnAgents는 설치·진단에 필요한 최소 권한만 사용합니다.Under BYOC you own the server and hold the provider contract; OwnAgents uses only the minimum access needed for installation and diagnostics.

8. 금지되는 사용8. Prohibited use

• 불법 행위, 사기, 권리 침해, 악성코드 배포 또는 보안 우회Illegal activity, fraud, rights infringement, malware distribution, or security circumvention
• 타인의 개인정보·자격증명·비공개 자료를 권한 없이 처리하는 행위Processing other people's personal data, credentials, or private material without authorisation
• 서비스 안정성을 해치는 대량 요청, 스크래핑, 역공학 또는 사용량 조작Bulk requests, scraping, reverse engineering, or usage manipulation that harms service stability
• AI 결과를 사람의 확인 없이 고위험 의사결정의 유일한 근거로 사용하는 행위Using AI output as the sole basis for a high-risk decision without human review
• 아동 성착취물, 폭력 조장, 차별·혐오 표현, 무단 감시 목적의 사용Child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, discriminatory or hateful content, or unauthorised surveillance
• 제재 대상 국가·개인을 위한 이용 또는 수출통제 위반Use for sanctioned countries or persons, or in violation of export controls

위반이 확인되면 사전 통지 없이 접근을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 법령에 따라 관계기관에 협조합니다.On confirmed violation we may restrict access or suspend the account without prior notice, and cooperate with authorities where required by law.

9. 중단, 변경과 책임 범위9. Interruption, changes, and liability

보안, 유지보수, 법적 요구 또는 제3자 서비스 장애로 기능을 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 예정된 중단은 사전에 공지합니다.

We may limit or interrupt features for security, maintenance, legal requirements, or third-party outages. Planned interruptions are announced in advance.

서비스는 현재 제공 가능한 상태(as is)로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 간접·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 유료 서비스에 대한 총 책임은 문제가 발생한 시점 직전 12개월간 사용자가 실제로 지급한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for paid services does not exceed the amount you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event.

다만 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 생명·신체에 대한 손해, 그 밖에 관계 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 위 제한이 적용되지 않습니다. 이 조항은 소비자에게 법령이 부여한 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.These limits do not apply to damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and do not exclude statutory consumer rights.

10. 약관 변경, 해지와 분쟁10. Changes, termination, and disputes

약관이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 서비스 내에 공지합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않으면 시행일 전에 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다.

Changes are announced in the service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days where the change is unfavourable to users. If you do not accept a change you may close your account before the effective date.

사용자는 언제든 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 미지급 금액, 결제·세무 기록, 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기록은 법령상 허용 범위에서 남을 수 있습니다.

You may request account deletion at any time. Outstanding amounts, payment and tax records, and records needed for dispute handling may be retained to the extent permitted by law.

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다. 소비자는 주소지 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있고, 한국소비자원 등 법령이 정한 분쟁조정 절차를 이용할 수 있습니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Consumers may bring a claim in the court of their domicile and may use statutory dispute-resolution bodies such as the Korea Consumer Agency.
